‘Why’s Stress’ is a program for empowering young adults to turn their stress into wisdom. Instead of trying to fix the uncomfortable effects of stress, the program is designed to help teens (14-18 years old) discover the causes of stress and uproot it completely. Putting it simply, instead of asking ourselves the question ‘How to I get rid of stress?’ we skillfully inquire about ‘Why am I stressed?’.

This program will not only give them practical tools to deal with stress, but the confidence that they can always use the same inquiry process for mastering their well-being all thorough life. This program is built upon a framework of Dialogues, Inquiry Learning and Project Based Learning. Rooted within the Australian Health and Science Curriculum, it incorporates deep scientific inquiries and experiments alongside relevant assessment tasks and self development techniques such as insight communication, breathing, self reflection and mindfulness.

General condition: By registering and participating to this session, I understand that this event is not a substitute to either complete schooling (in terms of Why’s Stress Program sessions) nor medical assistance from a Health Professional (in terms of meditation, breathing and relaxation sessions). I (or my children/students) am (is/are) aware of the fee of the event and took the necessary step to make the payment in full unless negotiated with Arnaud Coquillard. I also understand that any actions performed that are not requested or permitted by Arnaud Coquillard during the event are done in my own risk and I won’t be able to pursue litigation from these actions. I am also aware that if I instigate physical or verbal abuse related to the event, I may be asked to leave the session.
Refund policy for classes: All first time students can be reimbursed entirely their first class if their experience didn’t meet their expectation. Refund can be done in full up to 7 days prior to the event or in the presence of a medical certificate. If the request of refund happens after this 7 day period, a AU$10 administration fee will be kept (note that half of this fee can be added to a future event registration). Once the course has started a refund of AU$10 per class can be made for if presented with a medical certificate or if not satisfied with the course delivery.
Refund policy for private bookings (one on one or group sessions): Refund can be done in full up to 7 days prior to the event or in the presence of a medical certificate. If the request of refund happens after this 7 day period, a AU$30 administration fee will be kept (note that this fee can be added to a future booking).
